A golden tripel with a fresh, fruit-led aroma and a smooth, rounded palate. Top-fermenting yeast brings vanilla and clove over ripe banana and red apple, while a clean malt core gives the beer enough weight to carry its spice. The finish is full yet composed, with fruit and gentle warmth lingering together. Serve cool with roast chicken, washed-rind cheese or lightly spiced pork.
