To Øl Mochaccino Messiah Coffee Brown Ale

Roasted chocolate malt and nutty espresso shape a dark, full-bodied brown ale, rounded by creamy lactose and a touch of milk chocolate. Cocoa and coffee remain central on the palate, while salted caramel and a gentle warming edge add depth. The finish turns dry and persistent, with lingering bitter espresso balancing the richer flavours. Serve cool with tiramisu, chocolate cake, nut desserts or a firm aged cheese.

About To Øl
To Øl began with Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen brewing after hours in the kitchen of Copenhagen’s Det Frie Gymnasium in 2005. Their first commercial beer followed in 2010, and Gynther continued the business after Jensen left in 2017.
After years of brewing at other facilities, To Øl bought the former Beauvais factory in Svinninge in 2019 and turned it into To Øl City, its main brewery in Denmark. The site also welcomes other producers making cider, kombucha and spirits alongside the brewery’s varied beer range.
