Deeply concentrated yet balanced, this Belgian Christmas ale brings pale malt and white candi sugar together in a rich, warming frame. Extended boiling builds density and sweetness, while Nugget hops and dry hopping add the bitterness needed for lift. Expect golden-orange fruit, gentle spice and a long, complex finish. Serve cool with roast duck, blue cheese, fruitcake or caramelized nuts, and allow time for it to open in the glass.
