Herbaceous and tart, this Sicilian-style botanical soda pairs coastal citrus and leafy sage with gentle bitterness and a clean mineral finish. Lemon peel, rhubarb root, chinotto, juniper and anise give the palate savoury depth while the extra-dry balance remains refreshing. Serve very cold with seafood, fried snacks, grilled vegetables or an antipasti plate, or use it to lengthen gin and agave-spirit cocktails.
