Pale and aromatic, this white vermouth brings green herbs, fennel and anise together with bitter citrus and a subtle vanilla note. The palate is dry, fresh and gently rounded, with enough bitterness to sharpen its clean, persistent finish. Serve well chilled over ice with lemon, top with soda, or pair with anchovies, shellfish, salted almonds and young cheese.
