Apricot, honey and sweet tea add layered richness through the mid-palate, while natural tartness gives the sweetness lift and definition. The finish is clean and unexpectedly fresh for such a viscous style. Serve well chilled, over ice or lengthened with soda alongside fruit desserts, spicy dishes, salty nuts or soft cheese.
