Crisp and fairly dry, this Vietnamese pale lager combines light grainy malt with mild floral and grassy hop tones. Gentle bitterness and lively carbonation keep the palate clean, while a restrained sweetness gives the centre enough shape. The finish is brisk and refreshing. Serve cold with grilled seafood, roast chicken, spring rolls, noodle dishes, mild curries or salty snacks.
