Soft, cloudy and light, this hazy IPA layers a resinous, citrus-pith character over generous Citra and El Dorado hops. Dank aromatics, guava and passion fruit lead into grapefruit rind, minty tangerine and a distinctive clear-gummy-bear note. A measured bitterness gives the fruit definition without weighing down the finish. Serve cold with fish tacos, spicy fried chicken, burgers, sharp cheddar or grilled prawns.
