Driftwood Brewery Viewfield Brett Saison 473 mL
$5.99
Light lemon-yellow and softly cloudy, this Brett saison opens with bright citrus, gentle malt sweetness and a measured rustic funk. Lemon and tart acidity lead the palate, followed by light bread, honey, grass and earthy notes of wood and leather. Lively carbonation carries the beer into a dry, citrus-driven finish. Serve cool with roast chicken, goat cheese, charcuterie, grilled sausages or mushroom dishes.

About Driftwood Brewing Company
Jason Meyer and Kevin Hearsum founded Driftwood Brewery in Victoria in 2008, with Gary Lindsay joining to develop sales and distribution. The first kegs left the original Hillside Avenue brewery that October. Today, its core beers and seasonal releases span hop-driven ales, Belgian-inspired styles, sours and dark beers.
Growth eventually carried production to Viewfield Road in Esquimalt, where brewing began in March 2021. A brewery bar and patio followed in November, bringing production, retail and hospitality together under one roof.
