Wayfinder Beer CZAF Czech-Style Pilsner

Bright gold with a classic Saaz-hop aroma, this Czech-style pilsner sets an earthy, gently spicy hop character against a rounded Bohemian malt core. The palate moves from lightly sweet, bready malt into firm, clean bitterness, keeping richness and refreshment in balance. A dry, crisp finish leaves a lingering trace of noble-hop spice. Serve cold with roast chicken, schnitzel, sausages, fried fish or alpine cheese.

Portland’s Wayfinder Beer puts lager at the centre of its brewing, drawing on European traditions and American craft beer. A dedicated decoction vessel in the brewhouse helps the team develop malt character. The range runs from pilsner and rice lager to darker and more experimental lagers.
