Twin Sails Brewing Day-Blink Simcoe Pale Ale

Hazy golden and unfiltered, this American-style pale ale is built entirely around Simcoe hops. Aromas of peach and apricot lead, followed by tropical fruit and a light resinous undertone. Citrus, pale malt and a trace of pine add definition without overwhelming the fruit-led profile. Serve cool with grilled chicken, fish tacos, burgers, sharp cheddar or herb-roasted vegetables.
