Cardamom and coriander add aromatic detail, giving the palate a layered savoury lift without obscuring the beer’s clean foundation. Serve cold with Lebanese mezze, grilled chicken, lentil dishes, roast cauliflower, falafel, hummus, grilled halloumi, citrus salads or moderately spiced curries.
