Deep gold and impressively clear, with a mild pine aroma alongside grapefruit, lemon, fresh-cut alfalfa and a subtle caramel note. Chinook, Citra, Deepcut Cascade and CGX Cryo Vista hops bring dank, resinous and leafy character, while the palate remains notably smooth. Pine and leafy bitterness extend through the finish. Serve cold with burgers, barbecue ribs, sharp cheddar, spicy fried chicken or pepperoni pizza.
