Fresh grapefruit juice and peel give the palate a vivid, confidently bitter citrus core. Talus hops add a measured layer of tropical fruit and pine, broadening the aroma without obscuring the grapefruit. Voss yeast keeps the profile clean and lets the bright fruit carry into a focused finish. Serve cold with fish tacos, grilled chicken, sharp cheddar, spicy noodles or citrus-glazed pork.
