Ravens Brewing Company Coffee IPA

Rich roasted coffee meets firm hop bitterness in an unusual but coherent pairing. Coffee arrives first with roast and mild caramel, while tropical and citrus-led hops bring orange and pine through the palate. The beer remains assertive without losing definition, with bitterness holding the coffee in a dry, structured finish. Serve cold with pulled pork, grilled burgers, aged cheddar, mole or chocolate-spiced barbecue.
