Local pilsner and wheat malt form the base, while aged hops and techniques drawn from saison and gueuze give the lager an intentionally rustic shape. The palate is restrained and refreshing, balancing clean grain with a gently wild, farmhouse-like edge. Natural lift keeps the finish light and composed. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, washed-rind cheese, charcuterie, grilled vegetables or a simple mushroom tart.
