The banana becomes gentler on the palate as a soft bubblegum note appears, giving the traditional Bavarian wheat-beer profile a rounded, expressive centre. The texture remains easy and refreshing rather than heavy. Serve well chilled with weisswurst, roast chicken, soft pretzels, mild cheese or a simple herb salad.
