Slackwater Brewing Totally Pitted Smoked Peach Sour

Juicy peach leads, joined by a smaller lift of mango and a gentle, refreshing acidity. German oak-smoked wheat brings a light but layered smoky note that sits behind the fruit rather than masking it. The palate remains bright and compact, with the smoke adding savoury contrast through the finish. Serve cold with grilled pork, smoked chicken, charred vegetables, fresh goat cheese or peach salad.
