Kölsch yeast gives the beer a composed base while dry hopping pushes it toward IPA territory. The palate stays bright and direct, finishing with refreshing hop definition. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, grilled chicken, bratwurst, sharp cheddar or lightly spiced noodles.
