Ripe mango gives the beer an immediate tropical centre, balanced by lively tartness and a clear hop presence. The fruit is generous without becoming heavy, while the dry-hopped structure keeps the palate bright and the finish refreshing. Sourness, fruit and hops remain closely integrated throughout. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, grilled prawns, spicy chicken, fresh chèvre or a citrus and avocado salad.
