Temporal Artisan Ales Stout, Reconstituted

A carefully judged blend brings together a lighter stout and a long bourbon-barrel-aged imperial stout. The result is dark and creamy, with chocolate and barrel notes carried by a generous texture while the smaller stout keeps the palate from becoming too weighty. Mature oak character lingers through the finish. Serve lightly chilled with braised beef, smoked brisket, blue cheese or dark chocolate tart.
