Layers of chocolate sit at the centre of a full dessert-style stout, built through a darker specialty-malt bill and reinforced with chocolate flavouring. Vanilla, lactose and marshmallow bring sweetness and a rounded, creamy impression, giving the beer the character of hot chocolate without obscuring its roasted base. Serve cool with chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallows or a small piece of blue cheese.
