Hazy straw in the glass, with classic banana and clove leading the aroma and palate. The fruit and spice are clear but measured, giving the beer a familiar wheat-beer character without becoming sweet or heavy. Mild hop bitterness keeps the finish tidy and refreshing. Serve well chilled with bratwurst, roast chicken, soft pretzels or a simple plate of mild cheeses.
