White grape, fresh lime zest and soft stone fruit open above a dense, opaque pour. The palate is velvety and pillowy, carrying tropical fruit, bright gooseberry and a measured citrus-candy sweetness. Wa-iti, Dolcita and Nelson Sauvin hops give the beer its layered fruit profile while keeping the aromatics clearly defined. Serve cool with spicy fried chicken, fish tacos, burgers or mature cheddar.
