Cloudy white in the glass, with coriander opening the aroma before subtle citrus and dried orange peel emerge. Wheat and malt give the beer a gentle, rounded base, while Hallertau hops keep the profile fresh and balanced. The finish is light, refreshing and clearly citrus-led without becoming sharp. Serve well chilled with mussels, grilled prawns, soft goat cheese or a crisp summer salad.
