Tropical fruit and citrus lead with an expressive, hop-forward aroma. Delicate resin and pine follow, adding a savoury edge that balances the brighter fruit. The palate remains bold but composed, with each aromatic element clearly defined. Millet, rice and corn form the entirely gluten-free grain base. Serve cool with grilled chicken, fish tacos, sharp cheddar or herb-led vegetable dishes.

About Helix
Helix is a microbrewery in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts, Quebec, with a brewing history dating to 1998. Every beer is brewed from naturally gluten-free grains rather than conventional barley stripped of gluten after fermentation. Its recipes use grains such as millet, rice, corn and sorghum, with a range that includes blonde ale, IPA, Belgian white and red ale.
