Superflux Petaluma Hazy IPA

A full-bodied hazy IPA with concentrated pineapple and tangerine at its centre. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra and Citra Cryo build a layered hop profile that moves from ripe tropical fruit to bright citrus. The generous texture is kept in balance by a dry finish, while a light resinous note adds definition at the end. Serve cool with fried chicken, fish tacos, grilled pork, spicy noodles or sharp cheddar.
