Gentle malt sweetness meets smooth bitterness, while subtle floral and herbal aromas keep the light-bodied palate bright. The finish is refreshing and composed. Serve cold with schnitzel, grilled sausages, roast chicken, fried fish, mild cheese, pretzels or fresh salads.
