Field House Brrl Room Syrah Wild Farmhouse Ale 500 mL
$13.99
A layered wild farmhouse ale gains vinous depth from extended foeder ageing on Syrah juice and freshly pressed Shiraz skins. Berries, peppery spice, gentle funk and oak unfold across a structured, complex palate, with pink peppercorn adding definition to the grape character. Serve cool with roast lamb, duck, charcuterie, earthy mushrooms, aged cheese or herb-roasted vegetables.

About Field House Brewing Co.
In 2016, founders Josh and Gina Vanderheide transformed a former automotive garage into Field House's first tasting room in East Abbotsford. A smaller brewpub followed in downtown Chilliwack in 2020, giving the brewers a place to experiment. Abbotsford remains the main production brewery, while a nearby farm houses the barrel room and wild-fermentation work.
The range moves from classic beer styles to experimental IPAs and fruit-forward barrel-aged sours, with frequent new releases. Its BRRL ROOM programme incorporates Fraser Valley grain, cultivated wild yeast and other ingredients grown on the farm. Brewers, chefs and farm staff plan crops together and find uses for the harvest in both food and beer.
