The balance is precise, allowing the malt to soften the hop character while preserving a clean, refreshing finish. About Hoyne Brewing Company
Sean Hoyne founded Hoyne Brewing Company in Victoria in 2011, after nearly twenty years brewing at Swan’s and Canoe brewpubs. He and Chantal Hoyne began in a small Rock Bay warehouse, selling their first beers in hand-signed growlers. The brewery takes inspiration from classic European brewing, making core lagers and ales alongside seasonal and limited releases.
