Sour cherries meet mature lambic in a deeply traditional Belgian fruit beer. The producer uses a generous proportion of cherries, giving the palate vivid red-fruit acidity alongside subtle almond tones from the fruit and pits. Fruit leads when young, while lambic character becomes more prominent with bottle age. Serve cool with duck, charcuterie, washed-rind cheese, dark chocolate or cherry desserts.
