Crisp and straw-gold, this Czech-style pale lager brings herbal Saaz hops together with fresh bread and soft yeast aromas. Sweet malt dough gives the palate quiet depth, balanced by a refined spicy hop bitterness. The structure remains smooth and medium-bodied, leading to a clean, dry and notably drinkable finish. Serve well chilled with schnitzel, roast chicken, sausages or a mild alpine-style cheese.

About Slow Hand Beer Company
Kurtis Sheldan and Chris Charron founded Slow Hand Beer Company near the end of 2017. The business began through contract brewing before opening a Powell Street tasting room in 2019. Classic European lagers are its speciality. Slow Hand now brews and pours at Threefold, the Powell Street collective it shares with Boombox and Temporal.
