Dry hopping with Calista and Ariana adds subtle fruitiness and aromatic lift without disturbing the composed structure. The result is a modern lager with gentle complexity and a well-rounded, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled with pizza, grilled seafood, roast chicken or mild alpine cheese.
