The palate is smooth and generous, while a restrained line of bitterness provides enough structure to keep the finish fresh. Its hazy texture and expressive dry-hop character make it full-flavoured without becoming coarse. Serve well chilled with fried chicken, spicy tacos, grilled burgers or a firm, mature cheddar.
