Dry and intensely aromatic, with a vivid mix of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and resinous pine. A firm, focused bitterness gives the palate structure, while the generous hop character stays bright and expressive through the finish. The combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial brings both juicy fruit and a more savoury, evergreen edge. Serve well chilled with grilled sausages, spicy fried chicken, sharp cheddar or smoky barbecue.

About Brasserie Dieu du Ciel!
Homebrewer Jean-François Gravel and Stéphane Ostiguy opened Dieu du Ciel!’s Laurier Avenue brewpub in Montréal in 1998. Growing demand led them to establish a second brewery in Saint-Jérôme, with its own pub serving beer by 2008.
Experimentation is central to the brewery, whose range includes American-style IPA, hibiscus ale, Czech-style lager and fruit stout. The Montréal and Saint-Jérôme teams share ideas and collaborate on their beers.
