Bittered Sling Cascade Celery Bitters

Savoury and floral, with a vivid green-herb profile built around celery, dill and caraway. Hops and chamomile add an aromatic lift, while angelica and dandelion provide a firm, clean bittering structure. A few dashes can bring freshness and definition to drinks based on whisky, tequila, mezcal, gin, vodka, sake or dry vermouth, and the herbal character also works naturally with briny, savoury flavours.
