A gluten-free Belgian-style pale ale with a pronounced malt profile, gentle honeyed character and restrained hop bitterness. Millet and rice create a clean, rounded base, while subtle hops keep the finish balanced and dry rather than sweet. The result is flavourful but composed, with enough freshness for the table. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, grilled sausages, nutty cheese or lightly spiced dishes.
