Jalapeño bitters add a controlled, warming edge rather than overwhelming heat, while agave nectar rounds the acidity and keeps the finish balanced. The cocktail is flavourful and lightly spiced, with no carbonation. Serve thoroughly chilled or over ice with a lime wheel, ideally alongside tacos, ceviche or grilled chicken.
