Bourbon whisky provides a warm, rounded base, lifted by black cherry bitters and a blend of orange, lemon and cherry juices. The fruit moves between ripe cherry depth and bright citrus acidity, giving the palate a refreshing sweet-sour balance without carbonation. Serve thoroughly chilled or pour over ice with a cherry garnish. It is a natural after-dinner pour and also works well with smoked meats or dark chocolate.
