A spicy fruitcake character gives the palate real depth, while the wood adds structure and a gently rounded texture. The finish is long, warming and savoury-spiced, making this an expressive bridge between classic gin and barrel-aged whisky styles. Enjoy it neat or over a large cube, or use it in a Martinez, Tom Collins or a robust gin Old Fashioned.
