Light and dry, with gentle butterscotch, banana and orange peel set against a clean, grassy edge. Subtle vanilla and almond soften the palate, while mint, dry tobacco and restrained oak spice add more structure than its clear appearance suggests. The finish stays crisp, lightly warming and refreshingly unsweet. An excellent choice for a classic Daiquiri, it also works neatly in a Mojito or any drink that calls for a dry, characterful white rum.
