Odd Society London Dry Wallflower Gin

$37.99

Bold juniper forms the centre of the aroma, with grapefruit tracing a bright citrus line around it. The palate is crisp and dry, yet soft and rounded in texture, giving the traditional botanical profile a polished West Coast expression. Grain spirit made from British Columbia-grown grain keeps the structure clean, while the citrus lifts the finish. Serve in a dry Martini to emphasize its clarity, or pair with a restrained tonic and a grapefruit twist.

About Odd Society Spirits
In 2013, distiller Gordon Glanz and Miriam Karp opened Odd Society Spirits on Powell Street in East Vancouver. Glanz earned an MSc in brewing and distilling at Heriot-Watt University and later studied at Springbank in Campbeltown. The small-batch distillery makes whisky, vodka, gin and liqueurs, with British Columbia grain, fruit and botanicals used across the range. Karp leads the business, events and tasting-room operations, while the production team handles mashing, fermentation and distillation.
