Bright vanilla and sweet cinnamon lead into a generous layer of ripe fruit. The palate is lively and composed, with floral lift, clean oak and a gentle grain character beneath the spice. Cherry-like wood notes and a light coastal salinity add depth without overwhelming the fruit, while the finish is long, herbaceous and warming. Serve neat and allow a few minutes for the aromatics to open, or add a small splash of water to draw out the vanilla, fruit and subtle sea-salt detail.
