British Columbia-grown wheat gives the spirit a smooth, rounded core, while Similkameen Valley water helps keep the profile clear and focused. The palate begins with a gentle spicy warmth before moving into citrus, light sweetness and a hint of salted caramel. The finish is silky and quietly sweet. Serve chilled, with soda and lemon, or in a Martini where the earthy and citrus details can remain distinct.

About Sharpe Distillery
Sharpe Distillery opened in Cawston in British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley in 2023, after years of planning. The Sharpe family has lived in Cawston for three generations and created the distillery as a tribute to Grandpa Jack Sharpe. Its range includes vodka, gin and whisky, with British Columbia-grown wheat among the ingredients it works with.
