Ripe cherry, warm caramel and marzipan lead a generous nose, with toasted oak and butter adding depth. Abbotsford corn and British Columbia pale malt form the base, matured for three years in recoopered Okanagan wine barrels charred in-house. The palate moves through vanilla, spiced apple and roasted almond, with white pepper bringing lift and definition. Creamed honey and stewed cherry return on the finish, joined by a final note of vanilla. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water to open the fruit and oak.
