Cherry blossom brings a delicate floral opening, joined by soft spring herbs and clean Japanese citrus. The profile is bright and composed rather than perfumed, with juniper holding the sakura character within a recognizably dry gin structure. Subtle sweetness rounds the middle, while fine spice and gentle bitterness keep the palate balanced. The texture is silky, carrying blossom and citrus into a long, fresh finish. Serve with soda or tonic and a thin citrus peel, or use in a Martini where the floral detail can remain clear.

About Suntory
Shinjiro Torii founded Torii Shoten in Osaka in 1899, setting out to adapt Western-style drinks to Japanese tastes. In 1923 he began building Yamazaki, Japan’s first malt whisky distillery. Suntory’s whisky range includes Hibiki and Toki.
Roku Gin uses Japanese botanicals gathered across the seasons, while Haku Vodka is made from Japanese white rice and filtered through bamboo charcoal.
