Pale gold with a green glint, this is a dry, precise Chardonnay led by lemon, grapefruit and a light touch of fern. The palate is lively and mineral, with fresh citrus and a subtle saline edge carried by a fine, balanced texture. Fruit remains restrained and clean rather than overtly ripe, allowing the stony character to stay at the centre. A long, refreshing finish brings citrus and gentle herbal notes back into focus. Serve well chilled with oysters, white fish or simply prepared shellfish.

About Maison Joseph Drouhin
Joseph Drouhin founded his Beaune wine house in 1880, establishing a Burgundy name that expanded through successive generations. The domaine now reaches from Chablis through the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise to the Mâconnais, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay at its centre. Vineyard management began moving toward organic and biodynamic practices in the late 1980s, alongside work to preserve vine diversity through massal selection. The family also established Domaine Drouhin Oregon in the Dundee Hills in 1987, a related transatlantic estate with its own identity.
