Ripe canned peach, dried conifer and malted grain open an unusual, distinctly local profile, with a soft confectionery note adding richness. Made entirely from British Columbia pale malt and matured for three years in a recoopered Okanagan wine barrel, the palate brings salted butter, honey, dried orange peel and rum raisin. Dark chocolate and rolling tobacco add depth toward the finish, balanced by a final biscuity sweetness. The texture remains full but composed. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water.
