Orange blossom, lemon oil and coriander leaf bring lift through the palate, while angelica, cassia, almond and liquorice add gentle depth and warmth. Triple-distilled grain spirit and a narrow distillation cut keep the texture smooth and composed rather than heavy. The finish is clean and lingering, with juniper sweetness, summer fruit and a final echo of citrus. Serve with tonic and an orange twist or use in a dry Martini.
