Bright and clear, with lime, mandarin and orange giving the nose an immediate citrus lift. Jasmine adds a light floral accent while the Acholado blend brings a composed, aromatic shape rather than overt sweetness. The palate remains clean and lively, moving from fresh peel into subtle dried fruit and a restrained tobacco note. A dry, gently warming finish leaves citrus oil, florals and quiet savoury depth behind. Serve neat, in a Pisco Sour or in a tall citrus-led drink.

About Tacama
Tacama’s vineyard history reaches back to the 1540s, when Francisco de Carabantes planted vines in Peru’s Ica Valley. The Olaechea family took over the estate in 1889. French winemaking technology arrived in 1920, followed by French winemakers in 1961.
Today Tacama grows grapes, makes still and sparkling wines, and distils pisco. Its pisco range includes single-grape bottlings and acholado blends made from more than one variety.
